We have a small team with a wealth of experience in the Central London investment and development market. We act for property investing institutions, property companies, family trusts and private investors. We can bring our considerable experience in the agency and professional property market place to bear on the specialised environment of the investment and development market.
We seek to act on behalf of property investors, either to acquire or dispose of property. In the case of acquisitions, we can offer a full management and agency role, including negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals, providing strategic and specific management advice, rating advice and all other related matters.
In the case of disposals, we can offer advice on selection within the portfolio, methods of disposal, valuation and agency roles, as well as advice re investment.
The department is headed by Ian Wylie. John Moore also advises in this department.
